A structured database
Your spreadsheet data migrated into a proper relational schema in Supabase (Postgres), with the right tables, relationships, and status fields to make it queryable and trustworthy.
A set of helper functions
Controlled write functions so your AI can update the database safely. Add tasks, log updates, flag blockers. It can never delete things or break what you've built.
A working AI role
A configured AI assistant scoped to your data: project manager, ops coordinator, client tracker. It can answer questions and take action on top of what you built in steps 01 and 02.

Audit your data, define the role
We start by mapping what you've got: what lives in each spreadsheet, what decisions it supports, and what job the AI should have. You leave this session with a clear schema design and a specific job defined for your AI.
Structure it, live
We migrate your data from sheets into a structured Postgres database together. You'll understand every table, every relationship, and why it's set up that way. Not just that it works, but how it works.
Connect the AI, test it live
We wire up your AI assistant using the database and helper functions from sessions 01 and 02. You ask it real questions about your actual business. We refine until it works. You leave with something running.

Common questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The workshop is designed for business operators, not developers. We use tools that handle the technical complexity, so you understand the logic and own the output without writing a line of code.
What do I need to bring?
Your spreadsheets, ideally the ones you actually use to track work, manage clients, or make decisions. A laptop and a browser. The more real your data, the more useful the output.
What tools do you use? Will I need subscriptions?
We use Supabase (free tier works) for the database and Claude (Anthropic) for the AI layer. Both have free tiers that are sufficient to start. We'll walk you through setup at the top of the session.
Is it remote or in person?
Either. Remote sessions run over Zoom. For in-person, reach out and we'll figure out what works.
What happens after the workshop?
You leave with everything you built: database, helper functions, AI configuration, and documentation. If you want to continue, we scope that separately after the workshop. No pressure, no automatic ongoing charge.
How is this different from your consulting services?
Consulting is a longer engagement where we go deep on one client's workflow over weeks. The workshop is concentrated and hands-on: you learn the framework and build something real in a single day. It's the fastest way to get started before deciding if you want to go deeper.
